We are very excited about our summer plans this year.  We know our students will have fun and learn from our Montessori Mornings and our afternoon extras.  We will continue to enjoy our Prosperity Campus with its picnic shelters, natural areas, and huge trees.  Please read over the following offerings and return your application of $35, and deposit fees of $35 for each week.  If you register by April 15th, please order your child’s free t-shirt on the application form.  We will be ordering only for those who sign up early! The classes have limited space, so please do not delay applying.  Extended  registration lasts until Friday, May 14, 2010.

SUMMER Montessori FUN 2010 

We invite you to join us for “Our Earth, Our Home!”  Ecology, Conservation, Recycling too! We have a pre-session Summer Introduction followed by 8 weeks of the summer program which will encompass Montessori Mornings, with special field trips coming to us.  The last session will be “Celebration Extravaganza”.  Splash Days will abound in the afternoons.  Each week you will receive a schedule of all the events.

An Introduction to Summer!
Relax, enjoy the nice weather.   

Session #1  June 14-25              
In My Big Back Yard!
Exploring the environment around us, from the smallest blade of grass to the clouds above, flying insects to birds.

Session #2  June 28- July 9 (closed July 5th)      
Tails, Scales and Skinks!
Reptiles and amphibians. Travel to the special world of snakes, lizards, alligators and frogs.

Session #3  July 12-23
Lions and Tigers and Bears, Oh My!
Explore the world of mammals from North Carolina to the expanses of Africa and the oceans.    

Session #4  July 26- Aug, 6
In the Deep Blue Sea!
Swim in to the watery environment of local streams and ponds, then moving on to the big fish in the seas. 

               
Session #5  August 9-13            
CELEBRATION EXTRAVAGANZA !
Slumber Party (Fri.), Splash Day, Take me out to the Ball Game, Carnival, Ice Cream Sun-Day               

COST                       
$170 per week:  8:30-12:30 (minus deposit fee)
$190 per week:  7:30-5:45, Full-Time (minus deposit fee)
(Pre-session:  140 for mornings, 160 for full-time, minus dep.)

AGES
