How to Apply

Admissions Procedure for Toddlers - 6th Grade

1. Attend an Open House event or contact Paula Mobley, Director of Admissions at (704) 503-6000 ext. 600 to schedule a tour.
 
2. Complete and return application with non-refundable application fee of $100 (plus $5 for each sibling)

3.  The Director of Admissions will arrange a visit for the student.  Length of the visit determined by age/grade of student.  Placement tests may be administered at this time.

4. Countryside Montessori administrators will review records of elementary and middle school students. Parents need to provide evaluations, progress reports, report cards and test scores. A teacher recommendation may also be required.

5.  Notification of acceptance status will be sent to the family via US Mail within 2-4 weeks after the student visit. 

6. If accepted, an acceptance letter and enrollment contract will be sent to the family.  the enrollment contract and fees are due by the specified date to secure enrollment and officially hold the student’s place in the school. Parents can learn more about the Smart Tuition payment option online.

7.  Further information will be sent to parents regarding orientation dates, class and teacher assignment, school calendar and school policies. The immunization record/physical examination form is due no later than the first day of school.

1. Attend an Open House event or contact Paula Mobley, Director of Admissions at (704) 503-6000 ext. 600 to schedule a tour.
 
2. Complete and return the Application with the non-refundable application fee of $100 (plus $5 for each sibling), Transcript Request Form, and Teacher Recommendation Forms (2 required).

3.  The Director of Admissions will arrange a full day visit for the student.  Placement tests may be administered at this time.

4. Countryside Montessori administrators will review records of elementary and middle school students. Parents need to provide evaluations, progress reports, report cards and test scores. A teacher recommendation may also be required.
